Denis Boussey has a wonderful selection of wines from Volnay, Meursault and Puligny, but is even more well known for his delicious Monthélies, which are typical and particularly mineral.  His old vine Meursault is very reasonably priced, given its richness and complexity. He uses a maximum of 20% new oak across the range and often less, and his style is very soft, fruity and appealing.
